This pretty sterling silver heart pendant features rhodium plating with a real diamond and sparkling white topaz. It is part of the 'Togetherness' collection from Hot Diamonds. This collection is inspired by the love of a mother (the large heart) for her child (the small heart). Matching pieces are also available.
Each piece of jewellery comes in a presentation box and is supplied on a 16 to 18 adjustable chain.
