Goods ordered before 1pm (except on Friday) are eligible for next day delivery in the UK. Next Day orders placed after 1pm on Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday
Small items will be dispatched first class recorded delivery. Large items or next day delivery will be dispatched using a courier service. We reserve the right to change our delivery methods. Please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery as all deliveries require signature. We can deliver to your place of work or other nominated delivery address.
Saturday delivery is only available upon request. Please contact us directly by phone or email for a quote.
In order to ensure items are delivered in time for Christmas your order must be placed by 12noon on the 18th of December.
We are unable to accept online orders for dispatch overseas however if you contact us direct by phone or email we would be happy to quote a price for delivery overseas.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchaser you may return goods within 14 days of delivery.
We will offer you a replacement or refund providing goods are returned in an unused and resalable condition. Delivery cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of Juniper receiving the goods, in their original condition.
Notification of faulty goods must be made in writing within three working days of delivery. We will offer you a replacement product or a refund providing faults were not caused by your misuse, negligent or improper handling. All goods are to be returned at your own expense, unless they are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage. When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. Refunds will be made within thirty days of receipt of notification of the fact goods are faulty.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless the item is faulty.

When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
