These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.
General
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
These terms and conditions apply to online orders, telephone orders, fax orders and postal orders.
Order Process
The website will guide you through the process of placing an order and take you to the 'place order' stage. Pressing the place order button at the end of the checkout process will complete the order.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this is not confirmation of order acceptance from Juniper.
Completion of the contract and order acceptance will occur when your ordered products are despatched unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the these terms and conditions. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Juniper does not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
Delivery
A standard delivery fee of £3.95 will be charged on all deliveries with delivery normally within 1-5 working days.-
If an order is placed before 12 noon the order will be despatched the same day. If your order is placed after 12 noon the order will be despatched on the next working day.
Small items will be despatched first class recorded delivery. Large items will be despatched using a courier service.
Please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery as all deliveries require signature. We can deliver to your place of work or other nominated delivery address.
Delivery charges are only valid for delivery within mainland UK.
Christmas Delivery
In order to ensure items are delivered in time for Christmas your order must be placed by 12noon on the 14th of December.
Overseas Delivery
We are unable to accept online orders for despatch overseas however if you contact us direct we would be happy to quote a price for delivery overseas.
Payment
Payment is charged to your card at the time we accept your order.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order subject to the following exception: If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
When you have confirmed your order you will be taken to a secure payment page. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using industry standard 128 bit encryption. They are decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. We do not accept American Express.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (for orders made from the UK and European Union) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel the contract within seven days working days of delivery under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2006. However we are unable to accept cancellation of contracts in relation to the purchase of earrings, perishable, personalised or sealed products (where the seal has been broken) unless the product is faulty.
If you wish to cancel an order you must do so in writing within seven working days of delivery. Fax or email is acceptable; a phone call or voice message will not be accepted as a cancellation. We will offer you a replacement or refund providing goods are returned in an unused and resalable condition. Delivery cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s.
Notification of faulty goods must be made in writing within three working days of delivery. We will offer you a replacement product or a refund providing faults were not caused by your misuse, negligent or improper handling.
All goods are to be returned at your own expense, unless they are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage.
When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature as we cannot accept responsibity for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be made within thirty days of receipt of notification of the fact goods are faulty.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Miscellaneous
The contract between us will be governed by the laws of Scotland.
